NAR India to introduce shortly “Real Estate Courses” and “Certifications for Members” developed by IIRE

Hyderabad, April 29, 2019: NAR India is shortly introducing Real Estate courses and certifications for members to upgrade their skills through learning and development informed Sumanth Reddy Aroni, National President Elect and the current Chairman of HRA(Hyderabad Realtors Association) and Shailender Singh, Chairman NAR-India Convention informed while speaking at an informal function organized to begin the registrations for the forthcoming India’s biggest Real Estate event Game Changers-- “11th NAR India Convention”. It will be held in August in HICC. All these courses will be developed by Indian Institute of Real Estate (IIRE), which is NAR-India’s own education wing, they shared. The function was graced by office bearers of HRA Manas Sahu, Sarith Kumarr Jonnala, Jeelani Basha and Saleem Mawani and toehrs.. Hyderabad will be the host for “11th NAR India Convention & Expo—Game Changers”. It will be held at HICC on 24th and 25th August this year. It will be hosted by Hyderabad Realtors Association (HRA), together with Confederation of Real Estate Associates CREA(I), the National Body of National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-INDIA), they announced. Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and The School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, a deemed to be University will be the knowledge partners for the NAR India as well as the proposed Annual Convention. NAR- INDIA is a professional body of Realtors. It is the top representative body and advocacy group for those in the Real Estate Transaction Advisory services (Residential/ Commercial/ Institution/ Land). Formed in the year 2008, over the period of last one decade, it has transformed the way Realtor Professional is perceived in India. Over 3,200 Organization/ Realtors/ Consultants, 44 Associations, spread across 38 cities and 16 States. Members from NAR-INDIA have generated employment/ income for more than 20,000 families. 2000 delegates from various Realtor Associations such as Association of Bhopal Realtors; Association of Certified Realtors of India, Delhi; Association of Property Professional from Delhi; Ahmedabad Realtors Association; Association of Real Estate Consultants from Nashik; Association of Real Estate Agents from Mumbai; The Realtors Association from Mumbai and many such organizations are expected to participate in the proposed convention. NAR India has bilateral agreements with CREDAI National; NAREDCO (The National Real Estate Development Council) which was established self-regulatory body in 1998 under the aegis of Housing And Urban Affairs Government of India; NICMAR, the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (non-profit organization with the objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of education, training, research ) and RICS , The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a professional body promoting and enforcing the highest international standards in the valuation, management and development of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure and continues to maintain its relationship with the National Housing Bank(NHB)—the country’s housing finance regulators under the Reserve Bank of India. HRA is a 125-member strong local body of Realtors. NAR India is the most sought-after body in India and is known as Voice of Realtors in India. The objective of the mega Convention, according to Shailender Singh is to streamline and promote the profession of real estate brokerage in India so that we achieve transparency, accountability, fair dealing and ethical practices for overall good governance in the industry. This will be the Second time that the Convention will be held in Hyderabad disclosing this in a press note issued on the occasion of the celebration of World Realtors Day on Thursday in the city, Shailender Singh, NAR India Convention Chairman said it will be attended by over 2000 delegates from all over India and few international delegates from many countries. It will witness members from 44 cities participating along with participation from realtors from different parts of the world. The Convention is the most sought-after annual event where Realtors, Developers, Investors, and other Stakeholders in Real Estate from all over India and the world converge to share and learn, but above all to connect to do business with each other. With rapid globalization and India surging ahead economically, and with networking and collaborating replacing individual transactions, it is of paramount importance that Realtors, Developers and Investors connect with each other across geographies to form reliable business Associations and build more profitable businesses.
