Nancy Gupta of RGC shines with gold and bronze at various championships

Ludhiana, December 28, 2021: Nancy Gupta of Ramgarhia Girls College recently won bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Karate (Men & Women) Tournament held at P.U on December 26. She fought three winning fights only to lose the last golden one.  She also won gold in an another competitive namely E Kata Championship in Goju Ryu style held by World Union of Martial Arts Federations from October 25th to 28th. This Championship was held at Brazil and the results were  announced on December 8th.  Offg. Principal Dr.Rajeshwarpal Kaur appreciated the efforts of the player and said that she has already won several medals in district and state level competitions and once again her remarkable achievements have made the institution proud.  She also stressed that these arts are very much needed for the youth today. S. Ranjodh Singh, President Ramgarhia Educational Council also congratulated Nancy for her excellent performance at the competition and wished her many more successes in the coming days.
