Music and Story Blend Beautifully in the Film ‘Korgajja’

Mumbai (Anil Bedag): Mangaluru recently witnessed the grand and much-awaited music launch of the multilingual film ‘Korgajja’. Produced under the banners of Trivikrama Cinemas and Success Films, the movie brings to the big screen, for the first time, the revered folk deity Korgajja. Made in six languages—Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Tulu—the film celebrates India’s rich cultural and linguistic diversity. The music, released by Zee Music, is composed by the acclaimed Gopi Sundar, while all lyrics are penned by director Sudhir Attavar.
The launch event saw the presence of prominent media and film personalities. Actress and influencer Ekta Jain hosted the ceremony with her energetic and engaging style. The film features Kabir Bedi, Bhavya, Shruti and Sandeep Soparkar in key roles, while renowned choreographer Ganesh Acharya has choreographed and performed a special dance track.
Featuring 31 songs sung by legends like Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shankar Mahadevan and Javed Ali, ‘Korgajja’ stands out as a grand musical creation. Despite challenging locations and a multilingual shoot, the team completed the project with determination. The film is not just a cinematic work but a celebration of faith, heritage and India’s cinematic spirit.
