Mumbai (Anil Bedag): Mumbai is all set to immerse itself once again in the vibrant rhythm of Garba, music and festive celebrations. The grand ‘Rang Raas 2026’ will be held from October 11 to 19 at Balasaheb Manoranjan Udyan, Chikuwadi, Borivali West. Celebrating its fifth consecutive year, the festival promises to be bigger, grander and more immersive this time.
One of the biggest highlights of Rang Raas is renowned Gujarati playback singer Bhoomi Trivedi, who will enthrall Garba enthusiasts with her powerful voice and high-energy performances, creating an electrifying festive atmosphere.
The celebration will feature a premium 1.5 lakh sq. ft. wooden Garba floor, along with spectacular lighting, sound, visual installations and vibrant décor. The event will also feature exciting daily prizes, a Best Dressed competition, dance contests and appearances by popular celebrity guests.
Dedicated food and hospitality zones will add to the experience for families and youngsters, offering them a complete festive outing. Keeping safety and convenience in focus, the organisers have planned professional security, controlled entry, medical support, fire-safety arrangements, CCTV surveillance and dedicated emergency routes throughout the venue.
The presence of several prominent personalities, including MLC Pravin Darekar, MLA Sanjay Upadhyay and former MP Gopal Shetty, among other dignitaries, is also expected to add further significance to the celebration. With music, Garba, entertainment, glamour and festive energy coming together, Rang Raas 2026 is set to create nine memorable days of celebration in Mumbai.
