Ludhiana, April 15, 2026: The Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, has issued the following clarifications for the information of the general public regarding the Mukhya Mantri Mawan Dheeyan Satkar Yojana:
Regarding SC Certificate, he said, “If an SC woman does not possess a caste certificate at the time of registration, she shall still remain eligible for the benefits under the scheme. Upon submission of the caste certificate at a later stage, she will be entitled to receive ₹500 per month for all previously eligible months, irrespective of the month in which the certificate is issued.”
Regarding Registration, the Deputy Commissioner has urged the public not to rush unnecessarily for registration. Eligible beneficiaries shall receive the full admissible amount under the scheme whether the registration is completed in April, May, or June, subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
The Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, has appealed to the public to take note of these clarifications and not be misled by any misinformation.
