MRG World conducts draw of lots for its project Ultimus

Gurugram: MRG World, a Gurugram-based developer, today conducted draw of lots for the first phase of its project Ultimus that was announced in December 2019. The company got more than 800 applications for 720 units that will come up under affordable housing segment. Spread across 5 acres of land, the Project is registered with Haryana RERA (H-RERA) and the construction of the project has already commenced.  Consisting  of units of 2BHK apartments in varied sizes ranging from 570 sq. ft to 645 sq. ft, the prices will range between Rs. 23.4 lac and Rs. 26.8 lac. The delivery of project is likely by 2023 and is coming up at Sector 90, Gurugram, Haryana.
