Motivational Speaker and Author, Vivek Atray IAS delivers Talk

Chandigarh, November 22, 2016: Motivational Speaker and Author, Vivek Atray IAS delivered a Talk to Lecturers and Assistant Professors from 8 different States of the country at the UGC-HRD Centre at Panjab University (PU).
Mr.Atray spoke on Governance and Leadership. He highlighted e-Governance success stories including Chandigarh's e Sampark project which had come up when he was Director IT Chandigarh. He said that Good Governance depended more on Human Resources than technology but the latter was an enabler. e Champions are needed in each department of the Government if e Governance is to succeed.
Mr. Atray also highlighted the nuances of leadership including positive thinking, prioritisation and leading by example. He advised the participants of the workshop to innovate and be creative at work and in life throughout their careers.
