Chandigarh: Boys’ Hostel No. 3 (Bhatnagar Hall), Panjab University in collaboration with ISKCON will be organizing a series of special motivational lectures.
The first lecture of the series on Progressing beyond ‘Progress’, was organized today by Sh. Nama Prem Dass, ISKCON devotee and Co-President and a full-time monk since past 15 year. He shared his in-depth knowledge about ‘life’ with various teachers, research scholars, and staff who attended the motivational lecture.
He enlightened the audience with his knowledge about the true elements of life: happiness, peace, and eternal bliss. While interacting with students, he emphasized living in the present rather than thinking about the past and future. Besides, he also explained that to excel in life one needs to stop resisting the cycle of change. Instead, with a calm and happy mindset, much more can be achieved in lesser time. And the best way to manage stress is by decluttering our mind, daily-habits, and by not sobsessing over materialistic things.
The lecture ended with a mesmerizing 10-minute chanting session, which is essential to incorporate into our day-to-day life. All the research scholars were enlightened and refreshed how to come out of stressful environment amid current pandemic of COVID-19.
