Motiaz Launches Its Latest Project 'Motiaz Capital One', New Group Logo Too Unveiled
The region’s leading real estate developer Motiaz Group has formally raised the curtains on ‘Motiaz Capital One’, a landmark mixed-use commercial development strategically located at the prominent NH-7/PR-7 (Airport Road) junction in Zirakpur.

The project was announced at a press meet addressed by a dynamic young entrepreneur - Mukul Bansal who is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Motiaz Group at Hotel Mountview here. Motiaz Group also unveiled its latest logo in presence of media personnel.
Mukul Bansal told reporters: “Under a refreshed identity the Motiaz legacy will be taken ahead with delivery of some very innovative projects. We are starting this foray with the announcement of ‘Motiaz Capital One’.”
He informed that the project has received approval from the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) recently.
