MLAs Gurkirat Singh Kotli and Kuldeep Singh Vaid celebrate Baisakhi festival along with families at their homes

Ludhiana: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh had urged all the Punjabis to perform ardas in front of Akal Purakh for victory against deadly Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19) on the auspicious day of Baisakhi festival at 11 am on April 13, 2020. Following his advice, Khanna MLA Mr Gurkirat Singh Kotli and Gill MLA Mr Kuldeep Singh Vaid, today celebrated the Baisakhi festival along with their family members at their homes and also performed ardas.
They informed that in view of COVID 19 pandemic, this time the Baisakhi is different as people could not come out of their homes to celebrate this festival in large numbers. They informed that they along with their family members performed ardas in front of Akal Purakh that our families and coming generations stay safe from this pandemic. Both the MLAs urged the citizens to stay indoors and follow all directions of the Punjab government so that we score victory over this deadly disease.
