MLA Ranbir Singh Bhullar inaugurates, lays foundation stones for development projects in Ferozepur

Continuing the development push in Ferozepur Assembly constituency, MLA Ranbir Singh Bhullar on Thursday inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several infrastructure projects aimed at improving facilities for farmers, traders and the public.

Ferozepur, July 17, 2026: Continuing the development push in Ferozepur Assembly constituency, MLA Ranbir Singh Bhullar on Thursday inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several infrastructure projects aimed at improving facilities for farmers, traders and the public.
At Khai Feme Ki village, the MLA inaugurated a 35x35-foot steel covered shed constructed at a cost of around Rs 7.69 lakh. He also dedicated tower lights installed at the procurement centre with an expenditure of approximately Rs 16.16 lakh.
In another significant development, Bhullar laid the foundation stone of a 50x75-foot steel covered shed at the Ferozepur city vegetable market. The project, estimated to cost around Rs 39.95 lakh, is expected to be completed shortly and will provide improved infrastructure for traders and visitors.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhullar said the projects would go a long way in enhancing facilities for farmers, commission agents and residents of the area. He said the state government is committed to strengthening public infrastructure and ensuring that development reaches every section of society.
The MLA said the Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is focused on providing better civic amenities and accelerating all-round development across the state. He added that similar development works would continue in the constituency in the coming months.
Officials of the Market Committee and local residents were also present during the events.
