Ludhiana, May 8, 2025: With an aim to encourage hygiene, Ludhiana central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi led the special cleanliness drive conducted in New Madhopuri area (ward number 10) on Thursday.
The cleanliness drive was part of the mega cleanliness drive launched across the city in the past.
Accompanied by councillor Pardeep Sharma and civic body officials, MLA Prashar also interacted with the residents and appealed to them to keep their surroundings clean.
Reaffirming Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab government's commitment to ensure sanitation and hygiene, MLA Prashar said that special cleanliness drives are being organised in different parts of the constituency and every step is being taken to ensure cleanliness.
MLA Prashar further appealed the residents to do their bit in ensuring cleaning by keeping their surroundings clean.
