MLA Prashar kickstarts project to install tubewell in Islam Ganj 

Ludhiana, February 27, 2024: With an aim to streamline potable water supply, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi kick started the project to install a tubewell near Gurdwara Bhaat Singh Sabha in Islam Ganj of ward number 52 (new ward number 75) on Tuesday.

The 25hp tubewell is being installed at a cost of Rs 10.48 lakh. 

MLA Prashar stated that it was a long pending demand of the area residents as they have been facing problems in water supply. 

The area residents had raised the issue in the past after which the project has been initiated. 

The legislator further stated that the civic body officials have been directed to complete the project as soon as possible. Also there should be no compromise with the quality of the work.

MLA Prashar further stated that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is committed to the overall development of the state. He further stated that a large number of development projects are being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency to develop quality infrastructure and for providing relief to the residents from the long pending issues.
