MLA Prashar kick start projects worth around Rs 6.47 crore for upgrading road infrastructure and parks 

Working to upgrade road infrastructure and develop green spaces in the constituency, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi kick started a dozen development works worth around Rs 6.47 crore in different parts of the central constituency on Wednesday.

Ludhiana, October 25, 2023: Working to upgrade road infrastructure and develop green spaces in the constituency, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi kick started a dozen development works worth around Rs 6.47 crore in different parts of the central constituency on Wednesday.

These projects included the project to reconstruct the streets in Rari Mohalla (ward number 62); streets in different areas of ward number 58, 59, 60 and 61; streets of Tilak Nagar (ward number 56); streets of Mohar Singh Nagar (ward number 54) and streets of different areas in ward number 61.

MLA Prashar also kick started the projects to reconstruct the link streets of Naya Mohalla, Brown road and Mochpura area (ward number 62); streets of Qila Mohalla (ward number 59), installation of road side berms on Kapoor hospital road (ward number 59); reconstruction of main road leading to Shagun palace from Baba Than Singh chowk (ward number 54 and 56) and reconstruction of streets in different areas of ward number 59.

Projects have also been initiated to upgrade the parks in Hata Sher Ganj near Division number 3 police station (ward number 62); Mohar Singh Nagar park, Hargobind Marg park and Childrens' park near Civil hospital.

MLA Prashar stated that projects worth around Rs 6.47 crore have been commenced in Ludhiana Central constituency on Wednesday and more projects would be inaugurated in the coming days. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is working to upgrade infrastructure across the state.

MLA Prashar further stated that he has also been keeping an eye on the pace and quality of ongoing development works. The contractors and concerned officials have been warned of strict action if any discrepancies are found in the development works which are being taken up in the constituency.
