MLA Prashar issue directions for construction of road on other side of Buddha nullah, inspects site 

Ludhiana, December 15, 2023: Working to improve road connectivity and for streamlining the movement of traffic, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi has issued directions for construction of road on the other side of the buddha nullah in different areas of Ludhiana central constituency.

The road would be constructed from Kirpal Nagar to Sundar Nagar via Madhopuri puli.

MLA Prashar also conducted site inspection along with the officials of civic body on Friday. MC Zonal Commissioner (Zone B) Neeraj Jain, Executive engineer Arvind Kumar, JE Kirpal, building branch officials among others were also present during the site inspection. 
  
MLA Prashar stated that road is already operational at one side of the buddha nullah. There is no road on the other side of the nullah. Residents have been seeking construction of road on the other side too for a long time. It will also streamline the movement of traffic in the area.

Legislator further stated that the civic body officials have been directed to clear the road portion and prepare an estimate for construction of road. The work to construct the road will start at ground level soon. 

MLA Prashar said that development projects worth crores are going on in Ludhiana central constituency and no stone is being left unturned to improve infrastructure. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is working to upgrade infrastructure across the state.

MLA Prashar further stated that they have also been identifying areas for development of green spaces in Ludhiana central constituency and different projects are also being taken up for redevelopment of existing parks.
