MLA Prashar inaugurates projects worth over Rs 1 crore to upgrade road infrastructure and streamline water supply 

Moving forward to upgrade road infrastructure and ensure potable water supply for residents, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated three major projects worth over Rs 1 crore in different areas of the constituency on Wednesday.

Ludhiana, November 12, 2025: Moving forward to upgrade road infrastructure and ensure potable water supply for residents, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated three major projects worth over Rs 1 crore in different areas of the constituency on Wednesday.  

These included the project to reconstruct streets in Basti Bhai Mani Singh (ward number 9) at a cost of around Rs 51.60 lakh; project to install new tubewell in Khud Mohalla (ward number 77) at a cost of Rs 5.50 lakh and the project to reconstruct 70 feet road (ward number 9 and 10) at a cost of around Rs 43 lakh.    

Accompanied by Councillor Pardeep Gabby among other residents and volunteers during the inauguration ceremony, MLA Prashar stated that these projects have been launched to facilitate the residents at large and the concerned officials have been directed to complete the projects at the earliest.  

MLA Prashar further stated that Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann led state government is committed to ensure sustainable development across the state. Feedback is also being taken from the residents for ensuring overall development.     

MLA Prashar stated that he has been monitoring the projects on a regular basis and no laxity would be tolerated in terms of quality of the development works.
