MLA Prashar inaugurates project to reconstruct road leading to Childrens' park at a cost of Rs 26.71 lakh 

Ludhiana, August 31, 2023: Ludhiana central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated the project to reconstruct the road leading to Childrens' park situated at the backside of the civil hospital on Thursday.

The project is being taken up at a cost of Rs 26.71 lakh. Moving through the backside of the civil hospital, the road also connects Brown road with Issa nagri puli.
 
MLA Prashar stated the road was in bad shape and he had taken up the matter with the Municipal Corporation (MC) officials after which the project has now been initiated. The civic body officials have also been directed to keep a check on the quality of the work.

MLA Prashar stated that he has also directed the officials  to provide an alternative entry to the Childrens' park from the main road (civil hospital side), as the residents have to move through a secluded street to reach the park at present.

The legislator said that directions have also been issued to expedite the work to renovate the park and establish a vending zone near the park. This will help the authorities in removing road side encroachments and ensuring smooth flow of traffic in the area.

MLA Prashar said that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is working for the development of the state. In that course, a large number of development works are being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency.

The authorities have been directed to complete the projects within the stipulated time period.
