MLA Prashar inaugurates project to reconstruct central verge from Sunder nagar to Basti Jodhewal chowk

Ludhiana, October 30, 2025: Developing quality road infrastructure, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated the project to reconstruct the central verge from Sunder Nagar till Basti Jodhewal chowk on Thursday.
The area falls under ward number 9 and the project is being taken up at a cost of around Rs 37.36 lakh.
Accompanied by area residents and volunteers, MLA Prashar stated that after construction of the central verge, it would be properly maintained and greenery would be encouraged by planting saplings.
Stating that this project will also help in beautification of the area, MLA Prashar stated that working under the guidance of Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann, a large number of development projects worth crores are being taken up in Ludhiana central constituency for facilitating the residents at large.
