MLA Prashar and MLA Sidhu lead cleanliness drives in their respective constituencies; seek public support in ensuring pollution free environment
Continuing the ongoing mega cleanliness drive across the city, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi and Atam Nagar MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu led cleanliness drives in their respective constituencies on Friday.

Ludhian, May 2, 2025: Continuing the ongoing mega cleanliness drive across the city, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi and Atam Nagar MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu led cleanliness drives in their respective constituencies on Friday.
MLA Prashar led the drive near Cheema chowk, while MLA Sidhu led the drive near Preet cinema. Wielding brooms, the legislatures sought support from the public in keeping the surroundings clean and ensuring a pollution free environment.
Reaffirming Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab government's commitment to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene, MLA Prashar and MLA Sidhu stated that the mega cleanliness drive has been going on since last week and it will continue in the coming days too. They are taking feedback from resident welfare associations/individuals too.
MC Joint Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, Assistant Commissioner Neeraj Jain, CSO Ashwani Sahota among other civic body officials also participated in the cleanliness drives.
Appreciating the hard work of sanitation workers for keeping the city clean, MLA Prashar and MLA Sidhu appealed to support the civic body for sustainable development of the city.
