Ludhiana, May 28, 2025: Continuing the mega cleanliness drive, Ludhiana South MLA Rajinder Pal Kaur Chhina led the special cleanliness drive in Daba area on Wednesday.
MLA Chhina spearheaded the cleanliness drive and urged the residents to do their bit in ensuring a pollution free environment by keeping their surroundings clean.
Councillor Prabhpreet Dhunna, Block President Hardev Goldy, Lakhwinder Zora, AAP BC wing President Jagdev Dhunna, Dr Ranjeet, SI Satinder Bawa, Gurinder Singh among others were also present during the cleanliness drive.
Stating that the mega cleanliness drive is going on across city, MLA Chhina lauded the tireless efforts of sanitation staff in keeping the city clean.
MLA Chhina said that state government led by Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed to ensure sustainable development and pollution free environment for the residents. The legislator appealed the residents to keep their surroundings clean.
MLA Chhina said that the goal of ensuring cleanliness across the city cannot be achieved without the active support of the public. She appealed to the residents to come together and make this cleanliness drive a public movement.
