MLA Bagga launch Rs 40 lakh project to reconstruct streets near Gurdwara Sekhewal
Taking up major road redevelopment projects to upgrade road infrastructure, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga launched a project to reconstruct streets in the area around Gurdwara Sekhewal in ward number 8 on Monday.

Ludhiana, December 12, 2025: Taking up major road redevelopment projects to upgrade road infrastructure, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga launched a project to reconstruct streets in the area around Gurdwara Sekhewal in ward number 8 on Monday.
The project is being taken up at a cost of around Rs 40 lakhs and concrete streets are being constructed in the area.
MLA Bagga stated that recently a new tubewell was installed in the area too and new sewer lines have also been installed to facilitate the residents.
The legislator further stated that the projects are being taken up after getting feedback from the residents. Area residents and members of Gurdwara Sekhewal management committee were present during the inauguration ceremony on Monday.
MLA Bagga stated that working under the guidance of Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann, development projects worth crores are being taken up in Ludhiana North constituency. They are regularly monitoring the projects to ensure that there is no compromise with the quality of the works and the projects are completed within stipulated time period.
