MLA Bagga kick starts Rs 20.49 lakh project to establish 'Cricket Joy Box' in Guru Nanak Pura
With an aim to develop sports culture especially among the youth, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated the project to establish 'Cricket Joy Box' in Guru Nanak Pura (ward number 91) on Monday.
Ludhiana, February 23, 2026: With an aim to develop sports culture especially among the youth, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated the project to establish 'Cricket Joy Box' in Guru Nanak Pura (ward number 91) on Monday.
The sports facility is being established in Hanuman Park near Kundanpuri Government School (Guru Nanak Pura) at a cost of around Rs 20.49 lakh.
MLA Bagga was accompanied by councillor Tejinder Kaur Raja, Tejinder Singh Raja, Block President Bobby Sharma, Anil Sharma among others during the inauguration ceremony.
MLA Bagga stated that while taking up development projects in the constituency all the aspects are being covered be it road infrastructure, water-sewer lines, sports infrastructure etc. Similar sports infrastructure has been developed in other parts of the constituency as well and more such projects would be launched in the coming days.
MLA Bagga stated that working on the directions of Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann, they have been working for holistic development of the constituency. With focus on facilitating the public at large, he has also been interacting with the public to get their feedback on a regular basis.
