MLA Bagga inaugurates fancy street lights installed alongside 'Buddha Dariya' 

In a bid to improve visibility and ensure safety of residents, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated the fancy street lights installed alongside Buddha Dariya in North constituency on Saturday.

Ludhiana, November 22, 2025: In a bid to improve visibility and ensure safety of residents, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated the fancy street lights installed alongside Buddha Dariya in North constituency on Saturday.

In total, around 100 aluminium die cast fancy poles have been installed alongside the Buddha Dariya starting from railway bridge near Sandhu Nagar till Haibowal main puli. 

The fancy street lights have been installed at a cost of over Rs 78 lakh. 

MLA Madan Lal Bagga stated that quality infrastructure is being developed across Ludhiana North constituency. This project will improve lighting in the area which will further ensure safety of residents. 

MLA Bagga further stated that the state government led by Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed for holistic development of the state. A large number of development projects worth crores are being taken up to facilitate the public at ground level.

Councillors Pushpinder Bhanot, Gurvir Golu Bajwa, councillor Manjit Dhillon, Tejinder Raja, Councillor Neeraj Ahuja, Shashi Sharma, Sunny Bhanot, Gulshan Munjal, Ravinder Saini, Inderpal Chawla, Rakesh Modi, Rakesh Katie, Sanjeev Thapar, Parveen Jindal, Jagdish Saini among others were present during the inauguration ceremony.
