Ludhiana, August 25, 2026: Mission Sewa Foundation has launched its “13–13 Ambulance Service”, a humanitarian initiative aimed at providing affordable and accessible emergency transportation services to the people of Ludhiana.
The service was officially inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, Himanshu Jain, who graced the launch event and extended his encouragement and support to the initiative.
Under the “13–13 Ambulance Service”, affordable ambulance services will be made available at a nominal cost of ₹13. In a special humanitarian provision, free home-to-hospital ambulance assistance will also be provided for pregnant women and accident cases, ensuring that financial constraints do not become a barrier to accessing timely medical care.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives of Mission Sewa Foundation expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Shri Himanshu Jain Ji for taking out his valuable time to inaugurate the initiative and for encouraging the team.
“His gracious presence, encouraging words and appreciation have greatly motivated our entire team. His support strengthens our resolve to work with greater dedication, compassion and sincerity for the welfare of society,” the Foundation said.
The Foundation expressed its commitment to expanding the reach of the service and ensuring that timely ambulance assistance is available to those who need it, particularly vulnerable citizens and people facing emergency situations.
The initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to the spirit of seva (service), compassion and Sarbat Da Bhala (welfare of all).
