Khanna (Ludhiana), Nov 15, 2025: Cabinet Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond on Saturday urged students to dream big and work diligently to achieve success in life.
Presiding over the annual prize distribution ceremony at Swami Chhagan Lal Lala Hans Raj Jain Public Senior Secondary School, Sond emphasized that the youth bear a significant responsibility to transform India into a global superpower. He advised them to stay focused on their goals and not be discouraged by failures, describing setbacks as the pillars of success.
The Minister encouraged students to emulate the freedom fighters and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation, noting that the youth are its future. He highlighted India's status as the country with the world's largest youth population and stressed their pivotal role in the nation's progress.
Sond praised the Punjab Government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, for its relentless efforts to bolster the education system and ensure quality learning for students. He distributed prizes to exam toppers and commended the girls for outperforming boys in most results.
Earlier, the Minister toured the school campus.
Meanwhile, Principal Meenakshi Phull presented the annual report, highlighting the school's accomplishments and the students' achievements.
