MDU Registrar Unveils Books by Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal and Dr. Krishan Lal Girdhar

Two books were launched at the Vivekananda Library of MDU. Registrar Prof. Sandeep Bansal released Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal’s Hindi book, ‘Bechara Aaj Ka Krishna’, and Dr. Krishan Lal Girdhar’s English book, ‘Nature and Human Nature’. The event began with ‘Saraswati Vandana’. Librarian Dr. Satish Malik delivered the welcome address.

Rohtak, July 15, 2026: Two books were launched at the Vivekananda Library of MDU. Registrar Prof. Sandeep Bansal released Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal’s Hindi book, ‘Bechara Aaj Ka Krishna’, and Dr. Krishan Lal Girdhar’s English book, ‘Nature and Human Nature’. The event began with ‘Saraswati Vandana’. Librarian Dr. Satish Malik delivered the welcome address.

While reviewing the book ‘Bechara Aaj Ka Krishna’, litterateur Dr. Madhukant highlighted the changing human values in contemporary society and the relevance of Lord Krishna's ideals. Reviewing Dr. Krishan Lal Girdhar’s book ‘Nature and Human Nature’, Dr. Nidhi Rathi underscored issues such as environmental imbalance, pollution, and nature conservation. Both authors also shared the creative journeys and objectives behind their respective books.

Registrar Prof. Sandeep Bansal stated that both books convey significant messages to society regarding morality, social consciousness, and nature conservation. He remarked that today's researchers and students should not limit their studies and research merely to academic achievements but should also align them with the interests of society and nature. Congratulating both authors, he noted that such works inspire the new generation to adopt positive thinking and better life values.

In the poetry session held at the conclusion of the event, litterateurs and poets captivated the audience by reciting their works. Librarian Dr. Satish Malik proposed the vote of thanks and urged students and researchers to actively participate in literary activities. Dr. Nidhi Rathi conducted the proceedings.
