MDU Puts College Services on Digital Platform; ERP portal enables online fee payment, applications and approvals

Rohtak, September 22, 2026: Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) has launched a College ERP Portal to streamline and digitise administrative services for its affiliated colleges. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Milap Poonia launched the portal at the VC Committee Room today.
The portal will enable colleges to apply online for various university services and pay fees digitally, reducing paperwork, delays and the need for repeated visits to university offices.
Affiliation and college continuation fees can now be paid through UPI, debit and credit cards, internet banking, NEFT and RTGS. The system is also expected to improve payment records and monitoring.
Colleges can use the portal to apply for additional intake, courses, seats or subjects, as well as revival, re-affiliation and shifting. Applications for opening new colleges can also be submitted online.
VC Prof. Poonia said the initiative would make university services more transparent, accessible and time-bound while improving coordination between MDU and its affiliated colleges. He directed officials to ensure effective implementation and smooth functioning of the portal.
Dean, CDC Prof. Rajesh Poonia briefed the VC on the portal's key features. The university plans to gradually bring more affiliated-college services under the single digital platform.
Registrar Prof. Sandeep Bansal, Dean Academic Affairs Prof. Randeep Rana, Dean R&D Prof. Harish Dureja, UCC Director Prof. Yudhvir, Director Public Relations Sunit Mukherjee, Librarian Dr. Satish Malik, Dean Faculty of Education Prof. Jitender Kumar, Finance Officer Mukesh Bhatt, along with other officers and staff of the College Branch and Computer Centre, were present at the launch.
