Rohtak, September 23, 2025: Haryana Veer and Martyrs' Day was celebrated with great reverence and respect at MDU, Rohtak today. A heartfelt tribute was paid to the martyrs who made the supreme sacrifice in the defense of the motherland.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajbir Singh laid a floral tribute at the Martyrs' Memorial on the university campus and expressed gratitude to the martyrs. In his address, the Vice Chancellor said that martyrs are not just history but a source of inspiration for generations to come. Their sacrifice teaches us that nothing is more important than national interest. Youth should embrace the ideals of martyrs and serve society and the country.
