MDU invites applications for ODL/Online programmes; Last date September 15

Rohtak, August 9, 2026: Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak has invited online applications for admission to various undergraduate, postgraduate and certificate programmes offered through its Centre for Distance and Online Education for the academic session 2026-27.
The admissions are being offered under Open and Distance Learning (ODL) as well as Online Mode in programmes approved/entitled by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Director Public Relations, Sunit Mukherjee stated that under the ODL mode, the programmes include Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Arts (MA), Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS), Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Master of Science in Mathematics. The MA programmes are available in Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, History, and Journalism and Mass Communication.
He said that the University is also offering certificate courses in Food Truck Operations, German Language, French Language, Spanish Language and Communication Skills in English under the ODL mode.
Director PR stated that under the online mode, admissions are available to BA, MA, M.Sc. Mathematics and M.Com, besides certificate courses in Food Truck Operations, German, French and Spanish languages, Communication Skills in English and Professional Skills.
The last date for submission of online applications is September 15, 2026. Candidates have been advised to visit the MDU website for the Prospectus 2026-27 and submit their applications through the designated online admission portal.
