MBCIE Signs MoU with Synetic Business School for AI-Integrated, Industry-Oriented Education
The Munjal Birmingham City University Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MBCIE), Ludhiana has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zayn Educational Trust (Synetic Business School & SIMTA) to foster academic collaboration and promote industry-integrated learning for students.
Ludhiana, May 2, 2026: The Munjal Birmingham City University Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MBCIE), Ludhiana has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zayn Educational Trust (Synetic Business School & SIMTA) to foster academic collaboration and promote industry-integrated learning for students.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Prem Kumar, Executive Director, Navdeep Singh, Head –Academic & Corporate Relations, and Kumaresh R, Technical Head from (MBCIE), along with Dr. Zafar Zahir, Dr. Ghazala Qadri, and Zayn Zahir from Synetic Business School. As part of this collaboration, both institutions will jointly implement an Artificial Intelligence (AI) program integrated into the B.Sc. IT curriculum, providing students with hands-on learning through structured sessions and capstone projects. The program will be embedded as a mandatory component for B.Sc. IT students at Synetic Business School, aimed at enhancing their technical expertise and employability.
The collaboration will also focus on curriculum enhancement, including the incorporation of Game Designing modules, ensuring alignment with emerging industry trends in digital and creative technologies. Additionally, the partnership will extend to BBA programs, where students will benefit from short-term, skill-based courses such as Digital Marketing, enabling them to gain practical exposure and industry-relevant competencies.
This MoU marks a significant step towards bridging the gap between academia and industry by delivering future-ready, skill-driven education, and both institutions have reaffirmed their commitment to working collaboratively for the holistic development and career advancement of students.
