MBA and  MBA -IB students of PCTE Group of Institutes bagged Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal in University Exam

Ludhiana: The MBA students of PCTE Group of Institutes have out shined as they get their names in the merit list for the year 2018 & 2019 under the state University formerly known as Punjab Technical University and bagged several University Positions.

In April 2019 Examination, MBA- International Business students namely Karitika Rathi bagged the 1st University Position with a  gold medal & 8.47 SGPA, 2nd position was bagged by Priya Singla with a silver medal & 8.20 SGPA and 3rd position was bagged by Haarees Hareendran with a bronze medal & 8.13 SGPA. MBA students namely Amanjit Kaur from Batch 2017 bagged 2nd  University Position with a Silver medal & SGPA 9.12. Harsimran Arora and Navjot Kaur from Batch 2017 bagged the 4th Position with 8.97 SGPA.

In November 2018 Examination, MBA International students namely Karitika Rathi of batch 2018 bagged the 1st University Position, getting a gold medal with 8.71 SGPA, 2nd position was bagged by Vaibhav Jain with 8.14 SGPA, getting a silver medal and 3rd position was bagged by Kajal, Priya Singla, Aarti & Divya Soni, getting a bronze medal with 8.00 SGPA. MBA students namely Nishima Gupta and Gursimran Kaur from Batch 2018 bagged 10th Position with 8.29 SGPA.

The university position holders were immensely excited and grateful and said the achievement was all possible with the help of the faculty members who guided them throughout the semester, they further added that PCTE has always provided  hands on experience that has not only helped academically but would help in the future prospects as well.

Dr. Gautam Bansal, Director, Punjab College of Technical Education, said that, “all the position holders had put a lot of efforts and were totally dedicated to their studies which ultimately helped them to secure university positions. He further said that the students have always performed exceptionally well and gave his best wishes to the students.

Dr. KNS Kang, Director General, PCTE congratulated the students and said that “The Students at PCTE not only perform well academically but also excel in extracurricular activities on campus in order to achieve overall development.”
