Hoshiarpur, June 22, 2026: Max Hospital, Mohali on Monday announced the launch of its specialised oncology OPD services City Hospital , Hoshiarpur.
Dr. Sandeep Gupta, consultant-oncology at Max will be available on the 4th Monday of every month from 12 pm to 2 pm for primary consultations and follow-ups.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Gupta said, “Early diagnosis remains one of the most important factors in successful cancer treatment. Through the launch of these onco OPD services, patients can access timely expert consultations, cancer risk assessments, evaluation of suspicious symptoms, second opinions, treatment planning, and follow-up care closer to home. The initiative is designed to help patients receive timely guidance and connect them with advanced cancer treatment services whenever required."
The OPD will serve as an important link between local communities and specialised cancer care services, helping patients navigate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up more effectively, he asserted.
