Mumbai (Anil Bedag): Usually engrossed in the fast-paced world of stock markets, investment fluctuations, and multi-crore financial decisions, India’s leading capital market personalities were seen in a completely different avatar on Sunday morning. On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, a grand wellness session organized jointly by the Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at the prestigious NSE Atrium in Bandra Kurla Complex delivered a powerful message: in the race for success, health remains the most valuable investment.
The event witnessed the participation of prominent financial experts, investors, market veterans, and senior executives from leading asset management companies. Kamlesh Shroff, National President of ANMI, said, “Investing in one’s personal health is just as important as investing in the markets.” Ashish Kumar Chauhan, Managing Director and CEO of NSE, emphasized the importance of mental resilience and physical balance for finance professionals.
A yoga, pranayama, and stretching session led by holistic health guru Dr. Mickey Mehta infused participants with renewed energy and vitality. This was followed by a sound healing and meditation session conducted by wellness expert Paramita Shroff, which filled the atmosphere with peace and positivity. The sight of market stalwarts sitting together on yoga mats reinforced the message that a healthy mind and a healthy body are the true foundations of long-term success and sustainable wealth.
