Manjinder Singh Sirsa thanks PM Modi and HM Amit Shah for fulfilling long pending demand by implementing CAA

Chandigarh, March 11, 2024: BJP National Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for fulfilling long pending demand by implementing Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and said that thousands of Sikh and other families of minority communities who have shifted to India will get benefit from this decision.

In a statement released here today, Sirsa said that implementing CAA was long pending demand of these families from minority communities who have migrated from neighbouring countries of India so as to save lives of members of their families.
He said that he had also brought families of hundreds of Sikhs from Pakistan, Afghanistan and other countries to save their lives and give them a life full of liberty and respect. He said that these families were facing many problems like getting admissions in schools, getting their driving licenses, Passports etc.

BJP Secretary said that now with implementation of CAA, these families will be able to get benefit of these sorts due only due to CAA. He said that he along with all these families were thankful to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah who first enacted this law CAA and have now implemented it for the benefit of minorities.
