Wagle Ki Duniya_One Year Celebration.

It’s time for celebrations with the very own Wagle’s! Sony SAB’s Wagle Ki Duniya - Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey has always had a special place in the hearts of the viewers for its relatable storyline and beautifully crafted characters, and the legacy that it continues to uphold. The show has completed a magnificent year of entertaining audiences nationwide. In a span of one year, it has managed to captivate three different generations who are heavily invested in the lives of various members of the Wagle Parivaar.

Pariva Pranati, who plays Vandana Wagle, expressed her feelings, “It’s been a joyous rollercoaster ride with Wagle Ki Duniya, working with a dream team and showcasing thought-provoking concepts. It takes a lot of bravery on television to address matters that don’t get attention that often, knowing that the impact can go both ways, and I can proudly say that the writers of Wagle have done a commendable job. It’s been interesting for me as well as an actor as I go along discovering different perspectives through storylines. I enjoy most of my scenes, especially those with Bharati ji and Aanjjan ji and the tracks around parents. Undoubtedly, such projects happen once in a lifetime where you all become like one entity and an extension of each other.”

Expressing his gratitude on the show’s first anniversary, Sumeet Raghavan aka Rajesh Wagle, said, “Wagle Ki Duniya has been one of the finest shows that I have done so far. The real challenge was when we shot together in the bio bubble. However, those were the exact times when the entire cast bonded really well, and now we share the most loving relationship with each other, and we are a family even in real life. I cherish countless memories, like when Bharati Ji and Aanjjan Ji entered the house for the first time, the special moments between Raj and Vandana, especially during the job crisis and with the kids, it's always a fun time.  Wagle has struck a chord with the audience because of the various issues and topics that we have dwelled on, and as performers, we are pleased that we can discuss these matters in such a way.”

Expressing her excitement, Chinmayee Salvi aka Sakhi, said, “It’s been an amazing journey, every single day has been phenomenal, working with the best team. Sharing the screen with actors like Bharati Ji and Sumeet Sir is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I can’t thank my stars enough. Every moment that I have spent together with them is special, and we continue to make memories that we will cherish for life. Ever since I started playing Sakhi, I have explored my skills as an artist and have expanded my horizon. From discovering a teenager's bond with her parents to handling sensitive issues with grandparents, to suddenly becoming the mature elder sister dealing with a  younger brother,  Wagle has given me opportunities to perform scenes that will forever be close to my heart. Touching upon topics that are less spoken about is great, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love that the audience has showered on Sakhi. I just want to give a big shout out to all the fans out there who have followed my work up until now. You guys are just amazing!”

Reminiscing some of the fond memories, Shehaan Kapahi aka Atharva, also added, "There are a multitude of beautiful memories - whether it’s playing different roles, learning, and acting with my seniors and directors or the parties we had in Silvassa. The kidnapping track is also very close to my heart, and I thoroughly enjoyed shooting for the episodes. I think the only phrase that can describe my bond with the Wagle Parivaar is — Friends like Family. I can’t believe it’s been a year since this show started. It seems like yesterday I was getting dressed for the first day of the shoot. Thank you all for being with us on this journey. It wouldn’t have been possible without all the love, support and appreciation given by all of you. Please continue to be with us in this incredible journey.”
