Mahavir Jayanti- DC orders closures of slaughter houses, meat and egg shops on April 14

Nawanshahr, April 12, 2022: District Magistrate (DM) Vishesh Sarangal on Tuesday ordered the closure of slaughter houses, meat and egg shops in the district on April 14, on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti.
 
Exercising the powers vested under Section 144, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, District Magistrate Vishesh Sarangal said that all slaughter houses, meat, egg shops would remain closed in SBS Nagar district on April 14.
 
He said that violators would face serious action.
