Lyallpur Khalsa College Students Win University Merit Positions in MA-Music (Vocal) Semester-IV
Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, have excelled in the Guru Nanak Dev University examinations. In a press release, Principal Dr. Suman Chopra informed that students Khushi and Charanpreet Kaur jointly bagged the 1st position in M.A. Music (Vocal) – IV Semester by securing an impressive 9.45 CGPA out of 10.

Jalandhar, August 28, 2025: Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, have excelled in the Guru Nanak Dev University examinations. In a press release, Principal Dr. Suman Chopra informed that students Khushi and Charanpreet Kaur jointly bagged the 1st position in M.A. Music (Vocal) – IV Semester by securing an impressive 9.45 CGPA out of 10.
Adding to the achievement, Simranjeet Kaur secured the 3rd position with 9.33 CGPA, Anurada stood 4th with 9.27 CGPA, and Mridul Talwar clinched the 5th position with 9.21 CGPA.
Principal Dr. Suman Chopra lauded the students’ performance, reaffirming the college’s commitment to providing quality education and extending all possible support to deserving and needy students.
Balbir Kaur, President of the College Governing Council, congratulated the achievers and extended her best wishes for their future success.
On this occasion, Prof. Sukhdev Singh, Head, Department of Music, along with Prof. Kiran Amar and Prof. Mayuri Muskan, were also present.
