Lyallpur Khalsa College NSS volunteers splendid performance in Yuva Utsav 2022

Jalandhar, November 3, 2022: Under the aegis of Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, a district level Yuva Utsav was organized on the theme of India@2047 by NYKS Jalandhar. Participants from different institutes of Jalandhar competed in this mega event. NSS volunteers of LKC not only volunteered their services but also brought laurels in literary events.

Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra congratulated the winners and encouraged the participants for future events.  HE added that if our country has to move from developing to developed status, youth has to play an important role. NSS Program officer Satpal Singh informed that in declamation NSS volunteers Ekta Pandey & Sakshi Sharma, in the Yuva Samvad event, Ekta, Shonj & Sakshi and in poetry writing Lovepreet Kaur won positions as well as cash prizes. He added that the winners will compete at state level events soon. He said that these events trigger the sense of patriotism and nation building spirit in youth.
