Lyallpur Khalsa College NSS volunteers attended One Week Advanced E-SDP workshop at NIT Jalandhar

Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar is committed for overall growth of its students and provides ample opportunities for their skill development. Recently, 03 NSS volunteers attended one week Advanced E-SDP workshop on Installation and Commissioning of Solar Plant for Net-Zero Energy Buildings sponsored by Ministry of MSME, Govt of India. Principal Dr Jaspal Singh congratulated the volunteers and encouraged them to think about their own start up projects in solar energy and help in reduction of energy consumption and pollution. NSS Chief Program Officer, Prof Satpal Singh informed that during this workshop, volunteers visited thermal units, solar plants and learnt to install, harness and market the renewable energy source. Volunteers Karandeep Singh, Manpreet Singh and Lovepreet Kaur thanked College Governing Council, Principal and NSS unit for providing such valuable opportunity.
