Lyallpur Khalsa College ushered in the new academic session 2025-26 with a solemn religious program at the college Gurudwara Sahib. The ceremony featured the recitation of Sri Sukhmani Sahib, followed by a soulful Kirtan by Bhai Bhupinder Singh (Rama Mandi, Jalandhar Wale).

Jalandhar, July 18, 2025: Lyallpur Khalsa College ushered in the new academic session 2025-26 with a solemn religious program at the college Gurudwara Sahib. The ceremony featured the recitation of Sri Sukhmani Sahib, followed by a soulful Kirtan by Bhai Bhupinder Singh (Rama Mandi, Jalandhar Wale).
On the occasion, Principal Dr. Suman Chopra reaffirmed the college’s commitment to the holistic development of its students through a blend of academic, co-curricular, and spiritual activities.
In her message, Balbir Kaur, President, College Governing Council, expressed hope that the institution would continue to serve as a beacon of education and personal growth for its students.
The event was graced by Deepinder Singh Purewal, Vice-President, Governing Council, along with faculty members and students.
