Ludhiana, September 30, 2026: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana, takes immense pride in announcing that its member, Anshul Singhania of Singhania International Ltd., has been shortlisted among 13 participants for the prestigious AOTS (Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships) Training Programme on Quality Management (PQM), scheduled to be held in Tokyo, Japan, from November 16 to 27, 2026.
The programme aims to enhance participants' understanding of advanced quality management practices, operational excellence, productivity improvement and modern industrial management techniques through international exposure and knowledge sharing.
