Ludhiana, June 16, 2025: The administration has issued a strict advisory to the people regarding the removal of election-related materials.
The public is advised not to interfere with the duties of election teams tasked with removing hoardings, posters, or any other campaigning materials belonging to political parties or candidates from public properties.
As per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India, no hoardings, posters, or campaigning materials of political parties or candidates are permitted on public buildings or public properties within the jurisdiction of Ludhiana West Assembly Constituency.
Any individual or group found obstructing or interfering with the election teams during the removal of such materials will face strict legal action under the relevant provisions of the law.
The administration is committed to ensuring a free, fair, and transparent electoral process. All stakeholders are urged to cooperate with the election teams to maintain law and order during the by-poll process.
