A seminar “Secrets of Success” being conducted by India SME Forum at Ludhiana on Tuesday.
Ludhiana, December 3, 2013: A seminar “Secrets of Success” was conducted by India SME Forum regarding problems being faced by small scale industries and towards a sustainable financial and business eco system for SMEs on Tuesday.
About 200 industrialists were present there. The detailed discussion was held in this interactive session in which problems related to finance, labour, technology upgradation were discussed.
The main speakers were S.S Dhillon, Director MSME-DI Ludhiana, Gurmeet Singh President Federation of Industrial & commercial Organisation, Rajiv Jain President Laghoo Udyog Bharti Ludhiana, Sushma Morthanian Director General, India SME Forum and SC Ralhan President Handtools Manufacturers Association.
Further, it was discussed that the problems related to SME industries will be taken at the national level and white paper will be issued after the 23 seminars in the country.
India SME Forum also promotes India's small giants by giving them awards on the national basis because small scale is neglected in Corporate Sector.
Labour shortage was the main issue. It was discussed as how to overcome this problem.
