Ludhiana, December 17, 2013: Ashfaqullah Khan, Ramparsad Bismil, Rajinder Lahiri and Thakur Roshan Singh were hanged by the British in the Kakori Case on December 19, 1927.
To pay homage to these martyrs, the Social Thinkers Forum and Lok Sahit Manch is observing the day as “National Integration Day” by holding a seminar on December 19 at Punjabi Bhawan here. Timing for the same will be between 3 pm and 4 pm.
Prof. Harish Puri, Former Head of Department Social Sciences, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar will be the main speaker.
