Ludhiana, December 1, 2013: On the third day of IETSS-EMAT 2013 being organised on GLADA Ground, Chandigarh road, here, Avtar Singh General Secretary, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana said that the overcrowded visitors show the excitement and interest with which this event is being looked at.
CICU aggressively pursued a number of activities & services for manufacturers, exporters & potential overseas buyers with an objective of facilitating export of Punjab engineering goods and services to the global market and to provide overseas buyers true value.  
Upkar Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU said that IETSS-2013 expo which aims at bringing the “Made in Ludhiana” brand at par with the international standards by focusing on the MSME Industry is the main motto behind this show. This mega expo will act as a catalyst in exposure of emerging technology, adoption of innovative concepts & technical expertise. It will serve as a bridge between the consumers of the technology & creators of machinery in helping both to understand each other’s needs upgrade & modernise.    
The attraction of the day was innovative products exhibited by the Quick Pipe Wrench is one of them, which is quick, safe, steady & reliable. Lot of crowd was there to view the same. One more product plastic made hoe, shell pan was also point of attraction. The delegation from Pakistan was quite interested in the same & mentioned that there can be good demand of Laser Marking machine which can print even name & make picture was crowd catching.     
Qaisra Sheikh, President of Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Pakistan and Ibrahim Sheikh, key industrialist of Lahore visited the Exhibition, interacted with the exhibitors & showed keen interest for specific industrial items to be exported to Pakistan. This Expo has updated our knowledge on latest products & machinery being manufactured in India, which are being imported at higher price from European countries by Pakistan. She requested the Management of CICU to conduct a similar exhibition at Lahore for mutual benefit of India & Pakistan.
A wide variety of visitors including decision makers, bureaucrats, influencers, technical personal, plant managers, project design engineers, business managers, purchase managers, manufacturers, dealers, consultants, contractors and students visited the exhibition & interacted with the exhibitors for mutual benefits.
