Ludhiana News/Estate Avenues Real Estate Carnival 2013 begins at Ludhiana

Ludhiana, December 21, 2013: After the astounding success of its maiden property show in Chandigarh and Delhi early this year, the leader in real estate Information, Estate Avenues completed the first day of its two-day “Estate Avenues Real Estate Carnival 2013”  at F2 Raceway, Ludhiana, with participations from key real estate developers, professionals, investors and brokers, besides visitors from Ludhiana. The event, which was inaugurated by Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Congress MLA from Ludhiana and CEO of Estate Avenues, Suraj Sharma, recorded overwhelming footfalls from prospective residential property buyers.
The event is especially timed at the Pre-Christmas year-end so as to coincide with vacationing of a large number of NRIs/PIOs working or settled abroad, who will get an opportunity to review attractive real estate projects and decide on investing. The timing also coincides with the school/college holidays and hence an ideal occasion for a family outing.
First day of the Carnival was free for general public, businessmen, professionals, home-buyers and investors to meet and interact with marketing professionals from some of the best real estate developers in North India and select the best available option for their dream home. While senior members were busy property-shopping, other members of the family, kids, children, spouse enjoyed the carnival with lots of fun.
Visitors had the overwhelming experience of a one-of-its-kind unique event, as was evident from the very entertaining programme schedule that included home décor tips, beauty sessions and Vaastu gyan. Visitor also had a variety of snacks & drinks, all of these as complimentary offers from Estate Avenues.
The projects exhibited by North India’s leading real estate developers included up-market apartments, villas and community housing projects in Ludhiana, Delhi, NCR, and Kullu, Manali in HP.
While the same programme continue tomorrow morning to evening on the second day, after 5 pm the event gets exclusively dedicated to about 400 Special Invited Guests, the HNWIs, NRIs, leading Industrialists & Property Brokers from Punjab and Members of renowned Clubs in Ludhiana along with their family. Termed as the “Global Investor Networking Nite 2013”, this will provide the perfect environment for business networking. Climax of the Carnival is the “Shan-e-Punjab Awards” that will felicitate top industrialists from Punjab and HNWIs and NRIs who have done remarkable contribution in their countries of operation. In between the Award Show there will be a short Panel Discussion on prevailing scenario in Real Estate, Local Industry & Services.
