Ludhiana, December 16, 2013: Congress municipal councillor from ward No.55, Balkar Singh Sandhu has made an appeal to State Information Commissioner Punjab against non-supply of information under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 by Public Information Officer (PIO), Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA), Ludhiana.
In his appeal, Sandhu has said it is painful that PIO has not replied the RTI application even after expiry of 40 days compelling him to file the appeal.
