Ludhiana News/ Route map for convenience of spectators to watch World Cup Kabaddi-2013 final match and closing ceremony

Ludhiana, December 12, 2013: City police have issued a route map (see the sketch issued by the police) for the convenience of spectators to visit the stadium to watch the World Cup Kabaddi-2013 final match and closing ceremony on December 14 at Guru Nanak stadium here.
People coming from the Mullanpur, Raikot and Pakhowal side would have to park their four-vehicles at Feroze Gandhi market and two-wheelers in the new parking lot at the Punjabi Bhawan and the parking space at the Mini Secretariat.
Likewise, people coming from the Jalandhar Road, Hambran Road and Haibowal side would have to park their vehicles in ground at the Old Court Chowk area and those coming from the Malerkotla, Dugri and Shimlapuri side would have to park their vehicles at the ESIC Hospital, Kocher Market. People coming from the Delhi and Chandigarh side would have to park their vehicles at Government College for Girls grounds (opposite Durga Mata Mandir near Jagraon bridge).
Traffic from the Chandigarh road to the Ferozepur side would also be diverted from the Tibba Bridge to Pakhowal and then to Raikot, Jagraon and Ferozepur. Also, the heavy traffic from the Chandigarh side to the Jalandhar side would be diverted from Kohara to Phillaur.
