Ludhiana News- International Engineering Technology and Sourcing Show on Nov 29-Dec 2

Ludhiana, September 20, 2013: Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana is making all preparations for holding an engineering goods expo to be held on November 29 – December 2 in the GLADA Grounds here.

The event has been named as `International Engineering Technology and Sourcing Show’ (IETSS).

Addressing a press conference here today, the CICU office bearers including president Avtar Singh and Joint secretary Upkar Singh Ahuja told that more than 300 exhibitors across the world would participate in the event, showing their latest products and technology.

They told that manufacturers of engineering goods including cycle parts, machine tools, auto parts tractor parts, sewing machine, fasteners and agro engineering from various nations including China, Germany, Japan and Yemen were to participate in the event. Also, manufacturers from some other segments would exhibit their products in the exhibition, they said.  Besides, delegates from Pakistan, African, Sri Lanka and Arabic countries would also participate, they added. 

Replying to a question, they hoped that nearly 50 ,000 people would visit the exhibition. They also hoped that many MoUs between several companies and associations were likely to take place during the four-day event, with regard to business and exchange of technology. 

Interestingly, the organisers of show are also planning to hold an Arab- Africa Conclave on the concluding day of the much awaited event. Diplomats from countries from these regions have been invited for the conclave.
