Ludhiana News- IDPD and PDPD welcome decision of PMs of India and Pakistan to hold dialogue on Sunday

Ludhiana, September 27, 2013: The Indian Doctors for Peace and Development (IDPD) and Pakistan Doctors for Peace and Development (PDPD) in a statement have welcomed the decision of the Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan to hold dialogue on Sunday.
Dr LS Chawla – President PDPD and Dr Arun Mitra – General Secretary IDPD and Dr Tipu Sultan – President PDPD and Dr. Ali Raza Khan Afridi – General Secretary PDPD have said that they strongly believe that there are elements who want to sabotage the existing strenuous efforts to promote peace and stability in the region which is vital for economic growth and prosperity of both the countries.  
“We shall continue to encourage the respective governments to continue the dialogue process without any hindrance. This is the only way to sort out the issues and attain stability in the region”, said Dr. LS Chawla, President, IDPD and Dr. Arun Mitra, General Secretary, PDPD, in a joint statement here today.
